Signing in three steps
- Create: draw, type or upload your signature. Add initials as a second one if needed.
- Place: it appears at the bottom-right of the page. Drag it onto the signature line and resize from the corner. Use Add date for the date.
- Download: save the signed PDF and send it back. To stop anyone changing it, add a password with Protect PDF.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a legally valid signature?
It's an electronic signature: an image of your signature placed on the document, like signing a printout and scanning it. That's commonly accepted for everyday agreements, rental documents, consent forms and HR paperwork. Some documents in India legally require an Aadhaar eSign or a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), such as many government filings and some financial documents. This tool doesn't create those. If in doubt, check with whoever asked for the signature.
How do I initial every page?
Create a second signature with your initials, place it on one page, and with it selected choose 'Copy to all pages'. It lands in the same spot on every page, and you can still move any of them individually.
Is my signature stored or uploaded?
No. Your signature and the PDF exist only in this browser tab. Close the tab and both are gone, and nothing is sent to a server. Download the signed PDF before you leave.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Draw with your finger in the signature box, then drag and resize it on the page. Turning the phone sideways gives you more room to sign.
How do I make a clean signature from paper?
Sign with a dark pen on plain white paper, take a well-lit photo from straight above, and choose Upload. Keep 'Remove the white paper background' on so only the ink is placed on the document.
